JOB DESCRIPTION : SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Social media manager should have a strong background in creating engaging social content and posts, plus understanding how social media impacts a brand’s overarching marketing strategy. Social is often a consumer’s first experience with a brand so a strong social presence is essential to creating successful 360° marketing strategies.

He/She must be adept at studying market trends, analysing customer needs & gaining insights that aligns with a brand’s objectives to devise, execute, and test ongoing campaigns while improving content and optimizing promotions along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Setting initial benchmarks for followers, increased traffic, etc.
  • Preparing quality content for blogs and social platforms
  • Creating promotions and contests to increase engagement
  • Engaging experts and influencers to increase brand reach
  • Using analytics software to measure campaign success

Required Skills

  • Developing strategy on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social sites
  • Creating buzzworthy/viral content based on brand needs and real time trends(Real-time Marketing).
  • Developing an editorial calendar to coordinate publishing schedules
  • Promoting viral posts and advertisements via social media promotions
  • Growing social media followers through targeted promotions

SALES & MARKETING

Job Description : Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the client account. It will be a very hands on approach and you will get involved with a lot of the daily operational tasks required to ensure a smooth running of the client’s account. You will work closely with both the Senior Account Manager and creatives team to ensure the quality and fulfillment of Webcoupers Products & Services.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Senior Account Manager with the communication between the client and the Creative & Engineering teams
  • Assisting the Sales Manager to create client proposals as part of the sales pitching process
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to upsell additional Webcoupers services to your clients.
  • Assisting with ensuring that all client contracts are in place, client invoices are prepared and that pricing is captured correctly
  • Proactively look for marketing strategies and online improvements to suggest to clients
  • Sending ad-hoc client email marketing campaigns via a bulk email sending platform e.g MailChimp
  • Setup ,optimize & create reports on PPC(Pay-Click Advertising) & Display campaigns across all marketing channels e.g Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing, Facebook , Twitter , Criteo etc.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in the use of Excel & other analytical tools
  • Must be certified in Adwords Fundamental & any of the AdWords Specialization course – search, display, YouTube, Mobile
  • Understanding of basic Internet technologies (HTML) – not expected to code anything.
  • Understanding of any CMS products like WordPress CMS , magento etc would be advantageous
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) would be advantageous
  • Email Marketing experience using bulk mail email platforms would be advantageous

Daily contact with clients is a key part of your job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. You will be expected to pitch to clients, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits.

You will report to the company’s directors and the agency will also depend on you to give project direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client.

Responsibilities

  • The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaign

  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level

Job Description : Data Analyst (Junior)

As a Data Analyst you must have an excellent eye for details, can identify trends and patterns of information and also have excellent computer skills.  In this role you’ll be using your technical expertise to mine data that drives business decisions and digital campaign performance by using advanced computerised models. The role is very technical and heavily influenced by mathematics and advanced algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare campaign report and provide actionable insights from data gathered
  • Present campaign data reports in an easy to understand, readable and graphical format
  • Work with account managers to perform A/B testing experiments on campaigns in PPC (Pay-per-click advertising) and analytics
  • Work with social & content team to determine best practices and strategies in crafting social headlines, platforms, and overall tactics
  • Perform mostly online & sometimes offline market research for agency focus verticals with the objective of revealing key marketing insights in each industry

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in the use of analytics reporting and data presentation software – Google Analytics,Firebase analytics, Consumer barometer, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Adwords Reports, Facebook & Twitter Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Data Models to improve campaign performance – Cluster analysis, regression models etc.
  • Proficiency in developing necessary algorithms to improve campaign performance and optimization using Python and R
  • Have a fundamental knowledge of Digital Marketing
