Sterling Bank Plc, one of the foremost banks in Nigeria set out to increase its customer engagement touch points with an increased social media presence.
The need to creatively engage the audience on Social Media also brought about the design of a social banking app called KiaKia account; an account which enables Facebook users to open bank accounts on Facebook.
